District 7 Facts

School board district 7 is made up of the following neighborhoods:
Green Acres, Vaughn Meadows, Brentwood, Gladlane, Gay Meadows, Clubview Estates, McGehee
Place, Sutton Place, Young Farm, Carriage Hills, Georgetown, Plantation Estates,
Woodley Park, Meadowwalk, Whispering Pines, Virginia Estates, Warrenton Estates,
Monterey Park, Hunters Point, Regency Park, Mosswood, Pineforest, Macedonia,
Taylor Ridge, Brighton Estates, Briargate, Bellgate, Grove Park, Young Meadows
Road Area, Bell Chase, Fairfield, Bellwood Downesand the Greater Bell Road neighborhood.

District 7 boundary lines start at Carter Hill Rd at Vaughn Rd and continues south to Fisk Rd and continues across the Southern Boulevard to Woodley Rd outside of the City limits into south Montgomery County and runs along the Catoma Creek to Meriwether Rd and turns back north west through the both the City limits and County until it connects with Troy Hwy near Taylor Ridge, it continues along Troy Hwy until heading north through the Greater Bell Rd neighborhood until it intersects with Bell Rd at Bell Chase and continues north east along Bell Rd to Vaughn Rd, then turns left headed west on Vaughn Rd through the Eastern Boulevard to intersect with Green Acres Dr then to Llyde Lane to Fieldcrest Dr then cuts/continues along the abandoned railroad through Vaughn Meadows, Brentwood and Ridgefield to end at the intersection of Vaughn Rd at Carter Hill Rd and Zelda Rd. The following schools are in district 7: Dannelly Elementary, Fitzpatrick
Elementary, Brewbaker Technology Magnet High School, Brewbaker Primary,
Brewbaker Intermediate and Brewbaker Middle School,  Montgomery Preparatory Academy for Career Technologies (MPACT) and Loveless Academic Magnet Program (LAMP).

There are 14,363 households in district 7. 12,573 are occupied and 1,790 are unoccupied.

The population in district 7 is 32,749 people, of which 24, 860 are Black, 5,031 are White, 2,227 are Hispanic, 244 are Asian, 45 are American Indian, 28 are Pacific Islander, and 20 are Other. The total number of registered voters are 20,742

The polling places in which to cast your vote in district 7 are: Whitfield United Methodist Church at 2673 Fisk Rd, Vaughn Park Church of Christ at 3800 Vaughn Rd, City of Refuge Church at 3820 Woodley Road, Trenholm State Community College (Patterson Campus Building D) at 3920 Troy Highway, AFED Conference Center (Old Fresh Anointing Church) at 150 East Fleming Road, First Christian Church at 1705 Taylor Road, Covenant Ministries International Church, 4870 Woodley Road, Pike Woodland United Methodist Church, 4428 Wallahatchie Rd, and Aldersgate United Methodist Church at 6610 Vaughn Rd.
